Support Options
Support for Rfc Connector is generally provided through E-Mail. Customers with valid support contracts are also eligible for support by phone (we speak English and German) and/or remode access (using
TightVNC over SSH) if necessary.
Individual Consulting
Individual Consulting applies when a problem is not caused by bugs in our software, e.g. if you need help setting up your SAP server etc. While we normally try to handle such issues through regular support, there may be situations where the effort would be to high to do so. In this case, it is possible to order incident-based individual support through
