Support Options
In addition to the free support through the
forum and by e-mail, the following additional support options are available:
Priority Support
Customers which have purchased Priority Support can get individual support by e-mail with an initial response time of less than 3 business days. If a problem cannot be tracked down otherwise, Priority Support also includes support by phone (we speak English and German) and/or by remote access (using
TightVNC over SSH).
Individual Consulting
Individual Consulting applies when a problem is not caused by bugs in our software, e.g. if you need help setting up your SAP server etc. While we normally try to handle such issues through regular support, there may be situations where the effort would be to high to do so. In this case, it is possible to order incident-based individual support through
